Markdown Viewer

Read Markdown files as a formatted document instead of raw text — headings, lists, tables, links, and highlighted code, all rendered inside an editor tab.

What you can do

• Open .md, .markdown, and .mdx files as a clean, formatted preview.
• Read fenced code blocks with syntax highlighting (via highlight.js).
• Get Markdown rendering that stays consistent with the rest of the app, including the AI assistant chat.

Getting started

Open a Markdown file from the Explorer, or right-click it and choose "Open With → Markdown Viewer".
