MCP Monitor

Watch MCP (Model Context Protocol) traffic as it happens. A bottom-panel log shows every tool call going out to your connected servers and every request coming in to a server you're hosting, with the full request and response for each.

What you can do

• See outgoing calls to connected servers and incoming calls to a server you host, side by side.
• Read the full request and response for each call, with secrets masked.
• Check the method, tool name, status, and how long each call took.
• See token estimates per call and running totals per server.
• Filter by direction, server, method, or text; export the log as JSON, or clear it.

Requirements

• Works in both the browser and the desktop app.

Getting started

Run MCP Monitor: Open and leave the panel open while you work.
