Approvals

See every call waiting for a person, from this window or an agent outside it, and decide it.

The panel holds no queue of its own. A call the gate holds in this process is the AI manager's record; a question from an agent over ivyx serve arrives through the host; the decisions people made are read back through the Trace extension. Deciding here is the same grant the assistant's card records, so one answer is one record whichever card was clicked.

What you can do

• Answer what is waiting — the capability, its risk, the rule's own sentence and the redacted arguments the grant is bound to; allow once, allow for this workspace (never for a high-risk call), or decline.
• Answer an agent outside this window — a question relayed from ivyx approve --listen is a card here too, answered through the host.
• See what was decided — recent grants and declines, who answered, with what scope, in which run.
• Ask programmatically — approvals.list returns the same three lists.

Getting started

Open the panel from the palette (Approvals: Open), through the approvals.open capability, or from the Approvals row in the agent window's rail, whose badge is the number waiting. It follows the gate while open.

What it does not do

Deciding is not a capability. A verdict is a command a person runs from a card; a capability that granted approvals could be called by the very thing waiting for one.

A decision about no run is not listed. A grant made before any call exists belongs to no run, and the decided list is read from runs.
