IVYX Learn Junior

Four missions that teach a child how a computer learns, with a guide that asks instead of answering. Written for ortaokul — 5th to 8th grade, ages 10 to 14.

What you can do

• Play four missions, each ending in a badge the child earns rather than collects.
• Read a short story about one idea, then try it on a real sorter.
• Answer a few questions, with a hint that never names the option.
• Ask Pixel for a hint, say you do not understand, or say you did it.
• Watch how sure the computer is move as you give it more examples.
• Check progress, badges and time used in the grown-ups view.

Requirements

Junior Lab and Junior Classifier run the experiments. Without them the story and the quiz still work and the Try it tab says which piece is missing.

Getting started

Open File › New Junior Window. The child is asked for a name and a school year once, and lands on the first mission — the path on the left, Pixel in the middle, the activity on the right.

Everything runs on this computer: the missions, the quizzes and the example photos ship inside the extension, nothing is downloaded, and the conversation never leaves the machine.

The four missions

1. Yapay zekâ nedir? — rules versus examples.
2. Örnekle öğret — teach a computer to sort fruit, and watch what balance does to how sure it is.
3. Yapay zekâ yanılınca — one photo is labelled wrong, and the computer believes it.
4. Adil mi? — every apple in the set is red, so a green one is not an apple.

What the grown-up sees

Progress, badges, time used, and the guardrails — each one a rule in junior.policy.yaml, the same policy engine IVYX Studio governs an AI agent with. Never the child's conversation. That is not a setting; the transcript is not written to disk at all.

What Pixel will not do

Give quiz answers, search the internet, send words to another computer, or ask for names, photos of faces or where you live. Each of those is a rule with a reason, and the grown-ups view reads the list out of the file rather than repeating it by hand.

Status

Pixel answers from the authored hints and concept cards, not from an AI model. The grown-ups view is read-only and has no PIN yet.
